4. Payments and Refunds

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy, which shall be communicated to clients beforehand.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Land Store Development, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products and/or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.​
